By accessing or using drnasmile.com ("the Website") or any related online services provided by Dr. Na Dental, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. These Terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy.
Services
The Website provides general information about Dr. Na Dental, online appointment requests, contact forms, cost estimation tools, and educational content. Actual dental services are provided in person at our clinic by licensed providers. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or its features at any time without prior notice.
User Obligations
You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting forms; (b) use the Website only for lawful purposes consistent with the dental services we offer; (c) not interfere with, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the Website or its underlying systems; (d) not submit content that is harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or violates the rights of others; and (e) not use the Website to send unsolicited messages or harvest data.
Electronic Communications & Email Consent
By submitting a form on drnasmile.com that includes your email address, you consent to receive transactional and account-related electronic communications from Dr. Na Dental via email. These communications may include appointment confirmations, reminders, pre-visit and post-visit instructions, billing correspondence, and replies to your inquiries. You agree that all notices, agreements, disclosures, and other communications we send to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may withdraw consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us using the information in our Privacy Policy.
SMS / Text Message Consent (10DLC)
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on a Dr. Na Dental form, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from Dr. Na Dental, including appointment confirmations, appointment reminders (typically 24 hours before your visit), reschedule and cancellation notices, and important account or treatment notifications. Message frequency varies and is typically 1–4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of receiving any goods or services from Dr. Na Dental. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share mobile information or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. SMS messaging is delivered through AWS End User Messaging.
